How to make a claim
Take reasonable steps to prevent further loss or damage.
Advise the removalist who delivered your property.
Complete QBE’s claim form and any additional forms requested.
Do not repair or replace anything until QBE has given approval.
Important claim notes
An excess may apply to claims.
Claims can be reduced or refused if policy conditions are not met.
Fraudulent claims may be declined.
When goods are delivered, do not sign off unless you are satisfied everything has arrived in good order.

subject to the policy terms.
Cancellation
You may cancel the policy before removal starts. Once packing or moving has commenced, cancellation is not available.
